New Victorian #stratatitle apartment development controls have been introduced, and they make me think that maybe planning laws and controls are more important than strata laws to stakeholder outcomes.

After all, if inner-city highrises don’t have balconies, that’s a lot of common property that won’t leak and doesn’t need cleaning, painting and maintenance ... thanks @TheUrbDev
