Another short sharp pointer to interesting strata stuff …

The introduction of BIM (Building Information Modeling) 20 years ago brought high-tech tools to the front end of building design and construction to create digitised buildings. The next stage is digitalisation [the process of empowering technology and data digitisation to impact how work gets done, transform how customers and companies engage and interact, and create new revenue streams] for the operation of buildings.
