Strata Owner Satisfaction Levels

Australia’s peak #stratatitle management group [SCA] publishes owner satisfaction survey results:  with almost half not satisfied and over a quarter dissatisfied over strata manager performance.

That’s bad given at least 3.5 million Australians own or live in strata apartments.

Some issues SCA identified were a lack of timely responses & poor communication. But, for that level of unhappiness, there must be more and it would be great to understand them better so they can be addressed.
