Strata Lawyer Repeats Call for Ethical Strata Management

Michael Kleinschmidt, partner of strata law firm Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, has published a short opinion/article called Choosing to be a Professional Strata Manager.

He takes the high moral ground [which is fine] referencing his and Gary Bugden OAM’s earlier writings and advocating that strata managers should journey ‘upwards’, be ethical, and be more like him.

Oh, and he touts for legal work ‘if you, or someone you know, needs help with these issues or would like to step up to the higher standard’ since ’we can also provide advice on a specific project or proposal that you may have doubts about’.
