So, What Did Gary Bugden OAM say about Strata Managers?

Gary Bugden OAM is an Australian strata leader [and lawyer] who’s worked in the sector for a very long time.  In fact, many call him the grandfather of  Australian strata title; deservedly and respectfully.

So, when he speaks or writes about strata title issues, smart strata citizens listen.

And, he’s written about the fiduciary role of strata managers recently, in the 2021 paper Strata Managers as Fiduciaries.  It’s well worth reading and you can find it here.  And, it includes 9 ‘take aways’.
