NSW Strata Laws are Changing … Again !!!

How often have you heard the announcement NSW Strata Laws are Changing?

Quite a lot over the last 3 years, with at least 6 major changes and updates to the laws for strata and community title buildings being introduced.

So, I feel like the boy who cried wolf saying and writing it one more time. But it’s true.

On 19 February 2025, the Strata Schemes Legislation Amendment Bill 2024 was passed by both houses of the NSW Parliament to introduce another set of recommendations from the 2021 statutory review.

It’s a grab bag of things which we’ll write about closer to their start date.
