The Australian Capital Territory is one of the smaller [but not the smallest] Australian strata states with 4,480 strata buildings and 77,932 strata lots out of 368,234 strata buildings and 3,191,244 strata lots in the whole of Australia [so representing 1.22% and 2.44 % respectively].
But in the latest announcement from the ACT state government, land is being released around Canberra for 26,000 new homes by 2030, most of which will be strata title.
So, it looks like ACT will be getting a lot denser, in the best possible strata ways.
