Johns Lyng Group keeps growing into Strata
Johns Lyng Group is becoming a bigger player in the Australian strata title and insurance sector.
You may know it as the owner of the Bright & Duggan Strata Management group, the owner of the Strata Services repair and maintenance business and where Steadfast CEO, Robert Kelly AOM, stepped down as a board member in September 2024.
But, Johns Lyng Group also owns a large number of insurance claims, property maintenance, fire services and disaster recovery repair and maintenance businesses.
And, it continues to grow as it’s acquired a controlling interest in Keystone Group, one of Australia’s leading Insurance Building & Restoration Services (IB&RS) businesses as the following ASX announcement explains.
So, it’s getting more likely that if you’re in a strata building and/or have an insurance claim you’ll be dealing with a Johns Lyng Group business.
Maybe we should buy shares in the group to share in the likely profits they’ll make.
