How to Get Faster NBN in Strata Buildings

Is your strata apartment internet too slow because you’ve got FTTC [Fibre to the Curb] or FTTN [Fibre to the Node] rather than full optical fibre or CAT 5 into your building?

Well, you can now ask NBN to upgrade it to FTTP [Fibre to the Premises].

Not all strata buildings are eligible, they need to approve and sign NBN’s proposal, costa will be shared between the strata building and NBN, and each strata lot must pay the $275 connection fee.

So, it’s not perfect or necessarily cheap.

But, at least there’s a way strata citizens can [finally] get better internet speeds.
