Free NSW Property Information from the Government
Did you know that the NSW Government [via NSW Land Registry Services] gives away property information [for free] online?
It’s handy for strata stakeholders who need to or want to find things out about their or other strata buildings.
The free information includes:
Street address inquiry: to find title reference using a street address
Reverse street address inquiry: to find a street address using a title reference
Document inquiry: to check the status of a lodged or registered dealing, deposited plan, strata plan, primary application, or conversion action
Plan inquiry: to find out plan purpose, lot numbers, registration date, surveyor and council approval details
Land value search [for owners]; to find recent land valuation information
Cadastral Records: to get cadastral information for a property, including surrounding lot and plan numbers, street names, and local government authority boundaries
