Did You Know, SCA Australasia had a 2025 Federal Election Agenda?
The 2025 Australian Election has come and gone with good or bad news depending on your political views.
But what has also emerged is Strata Community Association Australia’s Federal agenda and position on strata title issues, which makes a short case for Federal reforms, outlines key focus areas, covers policy priorities, and lists 9 recommendations.
It’s all good strata stuff that's hard to criticise, so I won’t.
But it’s a shame that it was released just the day before the election on 1 May 2025 [so it’s unlikely it had much effect on campaigns and policy initiatives] and that it hasn’t had much exposure to strata citizens [so none of us knew about it when we voted].
So, I’m promoting it here for the 2028 election.
