Broadsheet Serves Up Dos & Don’ts of Moving Into Strata

You probably know Broadsheet as the place to go to find the latest, hippest and best places to eat and drink in Australian and New Zealand cities and towns.  I’m a frequent visitor.

So, what do the gastro gurus have to say about strata title and apartment living?

Well, more than you’d think and it’s also pretty strata apartment positive.

In this 2022 article, The Dos and Don’ts of Moving Into an Apartment, Broadsheet, City of Melbourne and Danielle Burstman [@DaniellBrustman] say that ‘the advantages of moving to the CBD are obvious (you never have to go far to find a good coffee, for one)’ as well as giving advice about how to make a strata apartment better, more liveable and cooler.

It’s good advice and a reminder that what makes strata living great often has nothing to do with the technical, formal and boring details of property law, strata management, compliance, meetings and disputes; but, instead the simple pleasures of day to day life in lovely spaces in urban centres.
