Australian Strata Owner & Consumer Groups Sing Together

There aren’t many Australian strata consumer groups but it didn‘t long for a few of them to join up and sign from the same hymn book in relation to the 2024 strata insurance, commissions and conflicts of interest crises.

So, the Owners Corporation Network of Australia, the Unit Owners Association Queensland and the Australian Consumers Insurance Lobby have issued a joint Media Release which calls for investigations into Netstrata’s business practices by ASIC, ACCC and the NSW Strata & Property Commissioner.

And @OCN Executive Director, Karen Stiles said:

‘We see this as an invaluable moment to advocate for the necessary changes that will ensure the safety and rights of strata residents.’
