Applying to be part of NSW's Project Intervene to fix serious defects

NSW #stratatitle buildings have 1 month left to join @NSWfairtrading Project Intervene.

So, if your building is residential, less than 10 years old, more than 3 storeys & has unresolved defects, NSW Fair Trading will look at it and try to help you get them resolved. 

It doesn’t matter if you’ve already made claims or are in litigation with the builder, or, tried and failed on your defects and it'shave free.

So, why not give it a go?

Anything that helps get strata building defects resolved has to be a good thing.
