Alcubond & Vitrabond Strata Class Actions : Where to collect your money ?

Did you know that a few strata building class actions have been underway in Australia since 2020?

Well, it has because William Roberts Lawyers and Omni Bridgeway [litigation funders] have been running two class actions in the Federal Court about combustible cladding on strata and other high rise buildings as follows.

Alucobond PE & Plus Cladding Class Action

As their names suggest, they are actions for building with those brands of cladding for damages to cover the cost of replacing the cladding and associated costs against the manufacturers based on product liability claims and claims for false or misleading representations and conduct.

The hearings have started, the cases are ongoing but not yet resolved.

There are many participating strata buildings waiting to win [or settle] and collect their money.
