Whether it’s chicken or egg, the Australian Consumers Insurance Lobby is joining ABC News in trying to find and expose questionable strata business practices that they say are hurting strata buildings committees, owners and residents.
In ACIL’s own words their objective:
‘is to compile a robust evidence base that can inform advocacy for meaningful change and industry reform and ensure that the push for transparency and reform isn't solely carried by ACIL’.
So, they’re asking strata stakeholders of all kinds to share experiences.
And, they say your information will be kept confidential, although I couldn’t find a Privacy Policy or Statement on their website but the Survey operates on the Microsoft Forms platform using security features in Microsoft 365.
