In the next article by @LintonBesser of @ABCNews following its initial article in the 2024 Strata Insurance Crisis ABC News Reports on a Strata Manager’s Insurance & Other Business Practices they report further on Netstrata and strata management sector practices at the intersection of profitability and ethics.
That’s newsworthy in itself.
But, more alarming is they also report that after asking for information ABC News has:
received ‘more than 1,000 separate reports about suspect activities’,
they cover a ‘wide sweep of strata management companies’ and not just Nestrata,
‘practically all of the complaints appear to be credible and well-documented’ and
several have been made ‘by people with intimate knowledge of how the industry operates’.
So, there appears to be a few more chapters to go in this strata story.
