ABC News Rolls 3 Strata Heads … So Far

It seems that the ABC News exposè on unsavoury strata management sector practices has rolled another head.

When the first main story broke in March 2024, the Netstrata CEO, Stephen Brell stepped down as Strata Community Association President.

Then after a September 2024 story revealing his ongoing ownership interest in a strata management business, John Minns stepped aside as the NSW Strata and Property Services Commissioner.

Now, after his Four Corners interview, Steadfast CEO and managing director, John Kelly AM, has retired as a non executive director of Johns Lyng Group, the contracting business related to both the strata insurer, Steadfast and strata manager, Bright & Duggan.

That’s 3 head rolls so far.
